Good place to buy home appliances. Good price, good variety of products, and also very helpful staff. I was helped by Farida, rather than being very pushy, she explained and recommended many products that suits my needs very well. She also gave great discounts, that's an extra service. Definetly will comeback to Yamada Best Grand Indonesia for another home...

I was a regular shopper at Best - until I tried to get my mearly new laptop repaired. The store's product choice is good. Staff are friendly. But the warranties are near useless. Maybe it is their supplier, maybe it is weak product support, but it should not take one month to fix a charger. No loaner, no replacement. Very, very...
