Bali Juice Park — Restaurant in Kuta

I visited this place on Sunday with friends and family who were visiting Indonesia from the States.

The place has a pretty extensive menu with a wide array of cocktails and food that caught our attention. The sad part was that quite a few food items mentioned on the menu were not available. We ordered French Fries 🍟 - 6 servings of them, Fish 🐟 n Chips - 4 servings, and some Lumpia. The Fish n Chips in all servings were different, which was weird. However, the fries were consistent 😀, but the Lumpia was super oily, filled with oil as well!

The cocktails had a buy 2 get 1 offer and were alright, not bad at the price point being offered. We ordered Bintang beer 🍻, which was fine 😛!

In the end, they charged items incorrectly on the bill, which I had to get rectified. The staff insisted on cash payment, stating a 3.5% charge if I swiped any card. They also added a 15% service tax without providing a proper bill with a Tax ID. These were some of the turn-offs that I haven't faced when visiting other properties at Double Six for the last 10 years, and this experience wouldn't encourage me to...

Bali Juice Park is an absolute gem on Seminyak Beach! We hit the jackpot with their happy hour deal—buy two cocktails and get one free. Each drink was crafted to perfection, making the experience even more delightful.

The service was top-notch. We were seated and served almost immediately, and our friendly waiter made sure we knew about the happy hour specials right away.

The setting at Bali Juice Park is unbeatable. Watching the sunset over Seminyak Beach from this spot was magical. It's an ideal place to relax and take in the stunning views.

We found the prices to be quite reasonable, with cocktails priced between 100-150k. For the quality and the overall experience, it was worth every penny.

Having tried several spots along the beach, I can confidently say Bali Juice Park far exceeds the trendy La Plancha nearby. The atmosphere here feels more intimate and the service is noticeably better.

I will never come back. One of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. The plate they served my food on was soaking wet, and the fries tasted like soap. To make things worse, they put chilli and sauce in plastic packets inside the food—completely unhygiene and lazy presentation. And the taste so tasteless The food took over an hour to arrive, and it came out dish by dish with 30-minute gaps in between. When we asked, they apologized and said it was because a large group had arrived, but we were there before that group. Extremely unprofessional. The only decent thing was the juice. But yeah IDR 65.000++ for juice if it’s not good then 🤷‍♀️

Overall: Very disappointing and absolutely not recommended. So many restaurants next to it that better! I literally had to wash the taste out of my mouth...
