Club Havana Restaurant — Restaurant in Kuta

Website is inaccurate! There is no dancing on Friday night, and the times are completely different than listed on the website. The manager didn't understand why it's important to update the website, despite my grievances/attempts to explain to him that people make plans (we came here on a date expecting to salsa dance). Don't bother with the RSVP function (they never replied to me).

Food was terrible. They put their girls out like a massage Havana = Cuba, but they're serving tacos, burritos, etc...this should not be a place you "plan" to visit, rather if you're near and you want to sit/drink, probably OK for one mixed rum drink. Not recommended. Also, the bathroom sink broke from pressure and water shot up everywhere....

Havana club is tastefully designed and decorated. The theme of the restaurant revolves around Pablo Escobar. There's salsa nights on Thursday and Sunday evenings I believe. Amateurs fret not. There's a teacher there to get you moving on your feet. The food is equally delicious. I got the Vegetarian quesadillas. They were so good that my non-vegetarian GF actually chose the vegetarian ones when we went there the second time. All in all, I would definitely come back to Havana club whenever I come...

Good, friendly service. Food came out quick enough. I had the chips and salsa and a Cubano sandwich. Did think the chips were a little hard though not stale. Meat on the Cubano sandwich was a bit tough as well and dark around the edges, maybe overcooked or something - I don't know. Still tasted good and I ate it all. What else? No complaints on the fries.
