We loved this place - great view, great service, good food, reasonable prices. We stopped in here for drinks to chill and look at the ocean in the late afternoon, and decided to come back for dinner and watch the sunset as the menu looked good. The service people were very nice and happy to accommodate. The menu had great selections. Most of the food and drinks we had were very good. We shared the duck rolls and crab cakes as an appetizer. The duck rolls were spectacular, but the crab cakes were rubbery and not so good. For dinner I had the baby back ribs which were tasty, and reasonably tender. My wife had the tuna with fettuccine and ratatouille. She said everything was great. We both really enjoyed our meals and would most certainly go back. The only 2 downsides were that they allow smoking in the area that is nice to sit and watch sunset, which sucks as you either get a sub optimal view, or put up with these peoples nasty habit. The other thing was there were a bunch of kids in the pool there screaming and ruining the pleasant atmosphere - at least for that part they make them leave just before sunset to make it a nicer atmosphere. My suggestion to the management is to move the smoking area to the back as there are a lot more of us non-smokers than smokers these days and we are offended by smelling their smoke. Second would be to make sure the parents restrain their children a bit from making a lot of noise as this is really meant as an area to chill in my humble opinion. My family and I recently enjoyed a wonderful lunch at the Boardwalk Restaurant in Bali, and it was an experience worth sharing. We ordered a diverse array of dishes, each impressing us with its quality and flavor.

The fish and chips were a classic choice, served with a coleslaw. While the coleslaw was a bit on the plain side, it didn’t detract from the overall enjoyment of the dish. The fish was cooked to perfection, with a crispy exterior and tender, flavorful inside.

Fantastic Dining Experience at the boardwalk!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at the boardwalk at bali gardens hotel, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a perfect balance of elegance and comfort. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive santun, rita eri, merry and bayu, ensuring that every detail of our meal and experience was perfect.

The food was absolutely outstanding! I ordered most of the menu and i have not had a single complaint in the 80+ meals I've had here , and it was cooked to perfection—flavorful, beautifully presented, and fresh. The portion sizes were just right, and the ingredients were clearly high quality. My dining companion(grandpa) was equally impressed with their meals, especially the lamb shank or sheppards pie , which was a definite standout.
