Read moreI'm so sorry for the cooks because they do a really good job. We had hamburger, ribs and Cesar salad and it was delicious. But the service... Where do I even begin? At the beginning we told the waiter that we are super hungry and in hurry actually. So we ordered drinks and food. Food was ready after around 15 mins and we were looking at it sitting there on the counter for more then 5 mins more while the waiter was doing I don't know what (just so you know - we were THE ONLY CLIENTS). Finally the cook went outside from the kitchen to let the waiter know that our food is waiting and getting cold… so the waiter... Started to prepare cutlery for us... After another 5 mins our food was finally served... But… still no drinks... When we finished our food we finally got our drinks - afrer around 25 min after placing the order with totally empty restaurant. But it's not over! Waiter could not print a receipt when we asked for one - he told us to take a picture. When we want out, we checked the picture and obviously it was wrong! The waiter put 2 x hamburger instead of one so we had to go back and ask for the money back. All in all it looked like it was his first day in the restaurant ever and comparing to general hospitality and kindness of Bali people it was the worst experience and the most expensive restaurant. Read moreCame here cos we were staying at the hotel so we planned to have dinner in our last night stay, 27 July 2022. We came here when it was not too busy (yet), but it was just as slow as it could be, 45mins after ordering, our food were not out yet. Drinks finally came, but mine didn't, and it was only an ice tea, how long would it take to make an ice tea??
I reminded them about my drink, cos the tables next to us - who came so much later than us, their drinks were out already. So many nonsense excuses, finally the food came, but not all. Until one almost finished the food, the other one never came. I asked two times. The third time, I requested to cancel, cos it was getting ridiculous.
I would understand if the place was busy and everyone got their food late. In our case, we had so much time to watch people came later than us got their drinks and food earlier. This is not right. They offered a discount, I just wanted the food, but they failed after more than an hour.
Not interested to come back. Their food (that was served) was just so so. I gave 3 stars cos the place was...
