Nasi babi guling komplit for 35 K IDR

For a veritable smorgasbord of the different kinds of ways one can cook pork, this is probably one of the best value for money one can find. That being said, it's really mostly just okay - but seriously for 35 K you could easily do so much worse. Their fresh juices are also only 10 K IDR for a really tall glass, so they've got their pricing really really great imho.

Subsequently, i also appreciate their better than average urutan (balinese sausage), the good piece of pork liver, the very enjoyable fried innards (not really sure, but i think its a piece of the intestines), and the fact that they gave two kinds of mix veg. Everything really does come together to make it a dish tantalizes your taste buds with all the different textures it presents.

Add in the fact that the restaurant is actually quite clean and well kept as well as being located quite central on a wide and less congested road and you've really got a winner for convenience with this one. Of course other restaurants in Bali may beat this one in terms of moreish-ness, but if you factor in the pain you have to go through to get to them, I'd wager this one will come out as one of the best, cleanest, and most affordable fare one can find.

Babi guling campur komplit (Pic 5) 4/10 The pork skin is chewy. Veggies are not tasty as Balinese food is tasty.

Soup (Pic 6) 5/10 Just a regular pork soup, the pork meat is tender.
