They offer free food for a review which is unfair because we only came here based on their reviews. I come from a home where if you’ve got nothing nice to say then don’t say anything at all. However, these reviews simply are not true. The waitress was sullen and downright ignorant after we asked for a latte (they don’t serve them) the breakfast was 40 mins wait, despite us being the only customers. Food was burned. My husband asked for extra toast instead of sausages and received half a slice extra. It was pretty grim. And then a rat ran across the beam above us. Look at my other reviews, I’m not biased or unfair ever (I was a waitress myself for many years) I left this place still hungry (I can’t eat burned food, especially when there’s rats wandering around) The waitress seemed surprised that we didn’t leave a tip. This is the first time I’ve left a restaurant without leaving one and I felt uncomfortable doing so but she really made us feel awkward and unwelcome which I’ve never experienced before in any...

Great good (pub snacks, nothing too complex), brilliant cocktails - some of the best I've had on the island in terms of size / price / value... and that's outside of Happy Hour when they're even cheaper (Buy 2 Get 1 Free). Add to the mix numerous TVs throughout where they can show just about any sporting event broadcast anywhere, a free pool table, great laid back vibe, and even live music on occasions, this one one of those places where once you've been once, you'll find yourself gravitating back here again and again.

It's a nice bar/restaurant with good food and a nice atmosphere, esepcially with the live music. However, it is really difficult to get a game of pool - on the first night we waited to have one game on the pool table but it was being hogged by a group of guys. On the second night we waited patiently (again) for another group of guys to finish playing pool so that we could have a shot, when they took a break and sat down at the bar with some drinks we decided to play and they suddenly got really aggressive calling us names and threatening us, it really dampened the mood and made us (good paying customers) want to leave.
