My boyfriend and I came here twice for breakfast/brunch, the first day my boyfriend got the breakfast omelette and it was very nice however I got the falafel wrap and it was awful, it was dry and had absolutely zero flavour, I couldnāt even finish it, it was probably the worst thing I have eaten in my 2 months of travelling. On top of that the service was extremely slow, it took about 20 minutes for my boyfriends omelette to be served, we then received our drinks about 5 minutes after this and then I proceeded to wait a further 15 minutes or so for my food to arrive (in the meantime the waitress that had taken our order came down to ask me would I like to order something, I responded by telling him I had already ordered and Iām still waiting for my food). By the time I received my food my boyfriend had finished his food and they had cleared his plate. The next morning we decided to give it another chance as my boyfriends food was nice the previous day and we thought perhaps the bad service was a once off as it was very busy, we are also backpacking for 6 months so it was budget friendly compared to other local breakfast spots, but we instantly regretted going back, the service was very slow again, we ordered an iced latte and iced matcha, the matcha had little to no matcha actually in it, it was a white colour with a small hint of green and it was like drinking sweet iced almond milk with no matcha taste. We then proceeded to wait about 20-25 minutes for our food again, so our drinks were more or less gone (I donāt know about you but we like to have our drinks while eating our food) I got the pancakes with salted caramel cream and asked for berry compote, the pancakes were sooo dry they basically crumbled apart when I cut them and were hard to swallow, thankfully I added the berry compote as I donāt think I would have been able to eat them without it due to the dryness, I ended up not being able to finish it. My boyfriend waited about 10 minutes after me for his food to arrive which was a chicken shawarma wrap, and just like my wrap the day before it lacked flavour and was on the dry side. I honestly donāt know how this place has such good reviews when I can honestly say they were the 2 worst meals I have had since I started travelling...

The food is such high quality and everything on the menu is delicious and super nutritious and super affordable with no extra fees. The staff are really welcoming and friendly, we came here at least once a day because they had such an incredible variety of food and every meal we had was 5 stars in the yummy rating.
Our favourites that you should try : 1: the Cajun pasta this was just perfection and we would change the pasta to linguini which made it next level. The pineapple cinnamon cake⦠insane !! 3: the famous cookies. They are famous for a reason , just delicious. 4: cashew chicken stir fry, amazing flavours!
In addition to the food being amazing, they also have a great ethos and support local seaweed farmers with a smoothie that itās so good. You can also bring in your empty plastic bottles to recycle and receive a discount on your meal.
They also have a fresh bakery where you can pre order breads and whole cakes if you desire. My only regret was not getting a whole pineapple and cinnamon cake.

Edit: The management's defensive response and blame shifting is a clear indication of their approach. They do not want to work on customer feedback. This is not an isolated instance, and you can see their defensive responses to all the negative reviews posted. There were about 5-6 tables occupied in the restaurant, and the restaurant was overstaffed, if anything. They were not slow. They simply took my order and misplaced it/ forgot about it. And now they think it is my responsibility to go up to the counter and ask for it. Are your waitresses so absent-minded that they can not see a customer who has been sitting without any service for an hour should be checked upon? Shameless. Either work on training your staff or simply stop offering table service, because your staff is not equipped to handle it even...
