Hidden gem in ubud area. Good food, worth spend of money, since many restaurant in ubud only sell the view and a mediocre food, but not with this one. Went there for dinner with friends. We ordered pizza, spaghetti bolognese and spaghetti carbonara. Location: 4/5 its quiet far from ubud market, so you have to go by car or motor cycle, walking would take you at least 30 minutes to get here. No parking for cars, as the restaurant is located on the side of busy street in ubud. Food: 5/5 My personal favorite is the pizza, you can order spilt pizza if you want to explore all the toppings they have. Their cheese is really good and it is a traditional thin crust wooden fire pizza, which I really really like. The spaghetti is also nice, they make it right with the carbonara, it was not too creamy. They put generous amount of minced meat on the bolognese. They also serve Indonesian food, desserts and some chef specialty dishes which I have to try it next time I visit. Ambiance: 5/5 very cozy, warm lighting with rice field view , ,good for any meal time. Perfect if you want to dine alone or chill with friends like I did. Price: I spent average of 100k per person, cause we share the meal (main...

The tomato soup was sooo heartyy and the san marzano tomatoes were so pronounced! It had some cream in it too which made the soup rich and smooth. Loved that it came with bread and sliced parmesean to dip in the soup too π
I didn't expect the beef burger to be as big as it was, and the size of those wedges as well! Couldn't have asked for more tbh! π The patty was cooked perfectly and with a soft bun to encase all the goods, ahh the perfect bite π€ Wedges were by far the biggest I have seen! Super crispy and well seasoned π§
Also got a smoothie and lemon meringue tart. The smoothie was super refreshing and the tart, not too sweet and perfect amount of tartness. π
Overall, this restaurant will hold a special place in my heart. The staff were so friendly given that we came in an hr before close and their food was just amazing, for the price and portions! π€

Fuzion has been serving up quality pizza for years as one of the first Western style restaurants to arrive in Lungsiakan. I'm personally happy they've lasted this long in the fast-paced come/go scene in Ubud. I favour Fuzion's margherita pizza over Mama Mia's and Pizza Bagus in Ubud. The only pizza that will be better is at Uma Cucina in the Uma Ubud by COMO Hotels in Sanggingan (but you will pay a 5-star price for it).
Fuzion's prices have increased slightly over the years, but still are reasonable. Other bonuses are their free and reliable delivery (yay!), specialty coffee roasted on the premises (yum!), incredible pizza chefs, and warm/friendly/attentive wait-staff.
The reasons for my 4 (really 4.5) stars is because the toppings on the margherita are a bit skimpy at times (theyβve improved), the decor/atmosphere needs some work (the photography hanging on the walls have potential), and they lost a little of their neighborhood charm by taking away the only dart board in the area (they could have relocated it instead...
