SANGAT MENGECEWAKAN:

Parkir motor sudah seperti harga parkir di mall (5.000), tapi tidak ada karcis, uang ditagih di awal pula. Pada saat mau pulang, eh tukang parkirnya menghilang. Hebat 👍🏻👍🏻

Perhitungan harga membingungkan antara happy hour dan business hour. Tidak bisa untuk merincikan harga, yang keluar di nota hanya harga keseluruhan.

TIDAK BOLEH CANCEL walaupun kita belum pakai ruangannya. Suka/tidak suka, butuh/tidak butuh tetap dipaksa pakai ruangan.

Dari 2 mic yang tersedia, 1 mic bisa digunakan asalkan jarak mic dengan mulut sekitar 1mm, alias bibir harus nempel.

Screen untuk milih lagu perlu diremajakan, karena banyak lagu yang tiba2 masuk dalam playlist gara2 tidak sengaja tersentuh saat sedang scrolling memilih lagu. Keypad hurufnya susah diajak kerjasama, akhirnya banyak waktu terbuang hanya untuk mengetik judul lagu/penyanyi.

Jumlah lagu perlu ditambah.

Semoga review2 bintang *1 disini segera ditanggapi dengan tindakan nyata, bukan sekedar dibaca dan direply dengan permintaan maaf formalitas apalagi hanya memberi solusi dengan meminta customer untuk komplain ke nomor whatsapp tertentu (padahal admin di Google ini tertulis sbg OWNER, yg sewajarnya justru bisa menegur langsung pengelola/karyawan di lokasi yang kena komplain).

Jangan aji mumpung karena rumah karaoke tetangga sebelah sudah tidak ada lagi di Surabaya. Setahun yang lalu HP tidak "sombong" seperti...

excellent service but tbh the room conditions also the song collection it’s bit old, please update your song and your microphone need to be serviced somehow.

The toilet also somehow not work properly, bit smelly. In the future time I hope the sink and the toilet work just ok. No need perfection but bit touch with the sink and toilet would be amazing.

Like the fact that this karaoke place is providing us with spacious parking lot, so our bike / cars parked...
