The Beach House BBQ — Restaurant in West Nusa Tenggara

This restaurant saved the day! My group had gone to a different restaurant down the road that was reviewed on Google as having great grilled seafood and cocktails. We were sadly really disappointed and left hungry, leaving some bad drinks barely touched. We just wandered past the Beach House BBQ and decided to stop in for a drink. We ended up eating a second meal and several rounds of happy hour cocktails, 2 for 150k (when is happy hour? No idea, but it was 9pm on a Monday). I had asked the grill guy which skewer was the best, and he didn’t lead me astray - get the steak skewer! I don’t know what they marinated it in, but it was so good! Super tender. Comes with a side and the salad buffet too. Fries were nice a crispy. The atmosphere was great with live music, plus the nice clean air-conditioned bathrooms are a real treat on this island!! Gili Trawangan has to be my best paradise holiday experience yet & The Beach House Resort & BBQ was top class. Location, food and overall experience left me sad to leave the island. Dedi and all the staff at the restaurant were awesome. Dedi was especially great, making sure we are well attended to, treating us like royalty. He is not just a waiter, he is a friend too. Me and my boyfriend had a fabulous meal, chose from the outdoor bbq menu and had the tuna steak and snapper. 10/10, also the complimentary salad bar was amazing, so fresh and lovely options that fit so well with anything chosen from the bbq.
