JUNGLE BAR — Restaurant in West Nusa Tenggara

The Jungle Club is a nice club in itself and the only real one on the island. First the good things, the room is big, has good technology and air conditioning, which is something you won't find in any other bar. Smoking is not allowed inside, which I think is very good. The prices for drinks are okay and normal.

Unfortunately, I also have to get rid of a few negative things and I hope that the operator will see these as suggestions for improvement. The biggest negative point is the music, they mainly play house music which not many people likes, I don't understand why this concept is stubbornly pushed through even if most people don't like this music there. I can only recommend playing well-known music and creating a good atmosphere. You should perhaps think about changing the DJs. The next point would be the lighting technology, which should be improved and installed much higher up if you already have the possibilities of such a big room. Unfortunately, most of the lights just flash wildly all evening long. A light fog in the room would also help to better accentuate the lighting. The name is Jungle Club, here the decoration could be more adapted to a jungle and offer much more of a jungle atmosphere.

With this review I just want to help make the club better, because I like the concept and I think it's bad that the full potential that this location has to offer is not...

I had a great time at The Jungle Bar! The highlight for me was the amazing dance floor and DJ—the music was spot on and really set the vibe for a fun night. I visited during happy hour from 8 to 10, which was perfect for grabbing drinks at a reasonable price. The beer was just 25k, which is a great deal. The place was pretty empty during happy hour, but I recommend going around 9:45 so you can enjoy the drink specials while waiting for the crowd to roll in. After 10:30, the place really comes to life as people start arriving, and the atmosphere gets so much better. The Jungle Bar without a crowd is a bit quiet, but once the energy picks up, it’s a fantastic spot to dance, socialize, and enjoy the night. Definitely...

I’ve spent 2 weeks on Gili T, and safe to say—there’s no vibe there. I asked for a drink and the guy behind the bar charged me for a double even though I clearly asked for a single. When I told him I didn’t want that, he just said, “Too late now.” Honestly, they hype it up as the biggest nightclub on Gili and all that, but it’s just full of weird people and they take the people from the hostel who have no clue where else to go. It’s defo not the place to be. Go to Tequila or the Irish bar instead pls and avoid this place...
