Wow, just WOW! Pesona Restaurant was very, very, very, very, VERY good! We absolutely loved the Indian food – hands down the best we’ve had so far. Every single dish was a delight, bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. But it’s not just the food that makes Pesona special – it’s the people.

The staff is incredibly warm and welcoming – it truly feels like coming home. They don’t just serve you; they really take care of you, they’re always looking out for you, and they genuinely love to chat and connect. You’re not just a customer here – you’re a guest, a friend.

A special shout-out to Muldi, one of the waiters who made our time unforgettable. Muldi went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. He’s not only super friendly and kind, but his German skills are unbelievable – absolutely crazy how good he is! We were so impressed and so grateful for the way he made every meal special for us. Thank you, Muldi, from the bottom of our hearts!

We ate breakfast, lunch, and dinner here more than three or four times – that’s how amazing this place is. Every visit was perfect. The entire team is amazing, not just Muldi – everyone contributed to the warm, joyful, home-like atmosphere.

During my stay at Pesona Beach Resort & Spa, I had the pleasure of dining daily at their on-site restaurant, Pesona Lounge. One of the standout features is their flexible breakfast service, included with my stay, which I could enjoy up until 3 PM—a true blessing after a lively night out.

The culinary offerings extend beyond breakfast; Pesona Lounge specializes in vibrant Indian cuisine. Each dish I tried was a delightful blend of authentic flavors and modern twists, leaving me eager to explore more of their menu.

The cocktail menu is equally impressive. My personal favorite was the "Part-Time Lover," a refreshing mix that offered a perfect balance of flavors.

The ambiance at Pesona Lounge is both inviting and comfortable, making it an ideal spot to relax at any time of the day or evening. The staff truly enhanced my experience; their warmth and friendliness made me feel like part of the family. A special mention goes to Griffin, who not only provided excellent service but also became a friend and even offered me lessons in Indonesian—adding a fun and educational twist to my visit.

Incredibly disappointing experience. This has been the most tasteless Indian food I’ve tried whilst travelling Malaysia and Indonesia, and yet it was by far the most expensive.

It took around 75 minutes between walking in to the restaurant and getting our first portion of food. When the food did finally arrive the curries and rice were luke-warm at best and we were told the Naans were on their way. 15 minutes later the naans arrived stone cold, and our curries had also lost what little heat they originally had. The staff offered to reheat the food when I brought this to their attention, but when they brought it back the naans were still somehow cold. The food, even when reheated, was pretty much tasteless, the Raita was watered down and the ‘onion salad’ was just massive slices of onion and nothing else. Overall all the food was completely underwhelming.

In addition we had to ask for plates and cutlery as we weren’t brought any. And although the staff were polite, it was hard to get their attention throughout the meal. I don’t believe this is their fault, it seems that they are severely understaffed by management considering how big the restaurant is.
