Charlie's Bar — Restaurant in Cork

The best staff I’ve ever encountered, we came here after Christy Moore’s gig and they were the most observant staff I have ever seen. We came into difficulty with three lads and the staff not only removed these guys but also made us feel safe enough to continue to sit outside and enjoy our drinks. They were so friendly and just the fact they had enough care to recognise our discomfort and make us feel so welcomed for the evening. I never got their name’s to give them their own personal shoutout but I hope they know how great they were !! I’ve managed a bar myself for four years and I have to say I’ve never experienced this much care and personal respect from other bar staff before...

My 1st time at Charlie's bar so I'm not that Familiar with this bar! It's on Union Quay in the City Of Cork! Very close to Parnell Bus station in Cork city! Had 2 drinks on plunket Street was recommended here for live music on Monday night the very youngest barchap preceeded to serve me but stopped mid service called me outside and said I was too drunk.
