I don't like leaving bad reviews but I feel like my loyalty as a customer hasn't been recognised and I was very disappointed.

I am a big Sensei café fan, and I've order sushi from here 10 times. If you order 10 times you get a 10% discount on your next order. The discount has an expiry date, and you have about a week or 2 to redeem it. Well, yesterday I wanted to redeem it and I wanted to get my food delivered but the website wouldn't allow me to order. I called and asked if they provided delivery and they said only through JustEat. I asked if my discount would be valid on JustEat and they said no. I asked if they could either extend my discount or give me another one the next time I collect an order and they said no.

I mean, I like the food and I've ordered about 10 times but I feel like my loyalty as a customer wasn't appreciated.

I ate here with my family last week, we travelled into the city specifically because we'd heard great things and we were definitely not disappointed. I've eaten A LOT of sushi in my life and a week on , I'm still thinking about Sensei. The sushi platter was fabulous, fresh, generous and delicious. I could eat it every day! It was presented beautifully and was great quality. The crepe cakes were unreal, tasty and delicious. The staff were so friendly and talked to my daughter about making the sushi, the knives and were so kind taking time to talk to a curious 7year old.
