I had a Horrible experience yesterday

I was in the ink cafe yesterday morning I purchased a flat white two biscuits I proceeded to sit down on one of the chairs I went through my bag to find my charger to charge my phone as I proceeded to do this I took some items out in my bag and left them on the table beside me

While I was sitting there minding my own business one of your staff members approached me and told me that I could not consum any other food. Clearly this was not the case as I purchased a coffee and two biscuits

I explain this to me and she still proceeded to be quite rude to me I asked her I did not want to speak to her I could I have the email address to your cafe she cane back with a attitude and said the manager will say the same now I then was approached by a security guard he randomly sat down beside I felt very uncomfortable and I felt picked on I have purchased my food in cafe i wanted to be left alone and i have autism so this was horrible experience i felt so...

Sandwich disaster. Decided to order a sandwich from the menu: Sourdough with honey glazed ham, Dublin cheddar, red onion relish and sun-dried tomatoes. It sounded delish! What I received though was barely resembling a gourmet sandwich for €8.50! The sun--dried tomatoes were cherry tomatoes and put in whole including the stem. The other ingredients also failed to meet expectations that one might have for a sandwich costing €8.50. After returning the sandwich to the counter I was told "well, they don't usually look like this". Hmm. In the end, I had asked if I could get the soup instead. It arrived and I was happy with it. However, there were three further attempts to deliver additional soups after we all got served. It didn't make sense, however they insisted that we ordered more soup until my friend asked whether this is a joke and to point us to the hidden camera we...

Location is great, food is nice and the decor is cool. It's a real shame about the staff though, we were there on Saturday, told to take a seat for table service. Waiter, a young lad, then did a brilliant job of ignoring all the tables to have chats with his colleagues. So we queued to order, told we couldn't order at the till for eating in, so went back to table to get ignored again. Finally our order was taken 25 mins after we sat down. Frustrating.
