Eddie Rocket's — Restaurant in Dublin

Usually this Eddie rockets is good but went tonight for dinner and it was pretty awful. Got 2 garlic cheese chips and they tasted absolutely awful. Not a single server checked on us even though we were looking around for 10 minutes to get their attention to tell them about the chips. Finally a member of staff approached us and changed the chips for us but they tasted just as bad. They must not have changed the oil in days because our onion rings also had a slight bad taste to them but they were edible unlike the chips. I’ve never tasted food as bad as it before.

Only for we had paid on arrival I would have refused to pay for them as they were that bad. As we didn’t eat the second batch either we waited for 20 minutes for a server to ask if everything was okay as we left them on the edge of our table to show there was something wrong. Again no one bothered to come near us once to ask how was the food which is awful service considering how much the food cost in this place. They were all too busy chatting in circles. We got so annoyed that we just left without saying a word. Won’t be back again...

I had a very intimidating experience here today, I brought My neice and 2 sisters for dinner, firstly the waitress was nice, food was nice but my chips were cold I had told the waitress she had no problem return them, the chef looked for me to see were I was sitting and he threw the food back in the frier this caused everything even my chicken tenders to be over cooked but I said nothing I just ate it, anyway my point is as I was eating my food the 2 chefs kept glaring over at me, one particular guy had a filthy T shirt on him all down front like he wipes his hands there, he kept giving me really bad stares and I was so uneasy I felt so intimidate by him because he was not impressed with me complain about cold chips, as I was getting up to leave he looked at me with a big stare like threatening kind of so I litterally panicked and asked him eat was his problem I wanted to speak to. Manager but none on site, the girl behind counter was no better she cheekely asked do I wand a chip refund I said no I want an apology, it was herendus will never return there again or my...

We went to Eddie Rockets yesterday. It was to Celebrate my Birthday. I always loved their food. I got a Chicken Fillet Burger. I noticed that the Fillet was smaller. I got Chilli Cheese Fries too and a Chocolate malt Shake. I also tried the peaches 🍑 and Cream shake. My son got Chicken tenders, Fries and the peaches and Cream shake too. It was lovely too. He also got a kinder Bueno Sundae and a Coke Float. Yes I see they have changed the menu. They used to serve Breakfast. I used to love their breakfasts too. But they must not do them anymore. The old uniform has changed too. I used to work there as well. I know I used to work as a waitress there. The staff were friendly. The only other thing was the toilets were bad. My son went to use them and said they were bad. Maybe you should sort out the toilets as well. It's not good to have the toilets in bad condition. It is a good Eddie Rockets...
