I’m a loyal Subway customer and I always buy the same sandwich, but today I had a very bad experience. The sandwich I ordered tasted completely spoiled, as if the ingredients were old or had gone bad. This is extremely disappointing because I always trusted Subway for its quality and freshness.
What worries me the most is that I’m currently breastfeeding my newborn baby. Eating spoiled food puts me at serious risk of food poisoning, which could also affect my baby’s health. As a mother, this is terrifying.

I told extras l wanted on my subway and the guy without glasses tells me that’s the way in come out they are not adding anything extra. Then he switches to his vernacular language while addressing rudely that they will not give me extras. I then asked him if he was the one paying and still continuing in his language instructing the guy on what to do. At the end of the day it my money paying for the extras not his and as an employee he has to respect my wishes. This new subway is just a no no. They served us with attitude, barely spoke, and made us feel uncomfortable. They added a ridiculously small amount of ingredients to all our subs, and when my friend ordered the meal deal, they didn’t even let him choose the vegetables he wanted, which makes no sense! Another friend asked for her sub to be packed to go and they didn’t give her a take away bag, just the sandwich by its own!! Overall, the service was awful.
