Apache Pizza Drumcondra — Restaurant in Dublin

I ordered on 29/10/22 Saturday 3:18 pm and I got a call from the delivery driver 4:12 pm 56 minutes after the order was placed. About 4:06 I called the store I was put on hold by the operator for one minute but he didn’t talk to me for 4 minutes I could here all his other stuff over the phone. I hang up and made another call and told the man you forgot about me in both the cases 1st delivering my order & 2nd to take my call off the hold he stated Barking at me strait way telling me how busy they are & I don’t need to be smart or nasty & meanwhile I got call from delivery driver I hang up & answer driver’s call but I done the biggest mistake by receiving that pizza I actually end up sick after eating that cold & half cooked pizza. Yesterday me and my boyfrend call to apache drumkonda and make order for pizza apache special 2 garlik bred and botle coca cola Pizza wass perfect like every time wen i make order bouth!!! 2 h night my boyfrend start to sik and didn stop all night he told me i think is a pizza bouth i dont belive him becaus we not make order for first time and never happen something like this . HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

I ordered a pizza deal where the app let me order without adding toppings which you would then assume are inlcuded.

I then got a call from Apache in Drumcondra giving out to me for ordering without specifying the toppings (which was due to the bad ordering system) and then the man said very sassily 'lets cut to the chase.'

Tonnes of attitude and sass which should be directed at their own set up, not the customer.

AVOID.

Also Pat your response is a lot more civil than you were on the phone. Hopefully you don't hurl abuse at customers for forgetting to order a can of coke with their meal deal.
