WOWBURGER Thomas Street — Restaurant in Dublin

I recently tried Wowburger for the first time while visiting Dublin. I ordered at the bar, and the bar manager was very friendly, providing helpful recommendations. The staff at this venue were exceptional, easily a 10/10.

For my meal I opted for the Bacon Cheeseburger with fried onions, jalapeños, ketchup, mustard, and hot sauce, along with a chocolate shake. The pricing was comparable to Five Guys; my burger, garlic fries, and chocolate shake totaled around 20 euros, which I found reasonable given the quality and portion sizes.

The food arrived about 10 minutes after ordering. The bacon cheeseburger was outstanding—juicy, thick, and perfectly cooked. The garlic fries complemented the burger well, and the milkshake was a perfect way to end the meal. It was very thick and took me a while to finish, but I wasn't complaining.

Overall, it was an excellent meal, and I will definitely visit Wowburger again...

I like wow burger but.. I ordered two days in a row and second day the food was so different? Mini burger was worse than from McDonalds the second day, so dry and nothing in it.. the regular burger was missing one patty, and when I was calling to the restaurant manager asked me what I want him to do that they are closed? So after explaining and saying the address for about 10x he said that he will give us call back which he never did because obviously Sunday night after closing time.. I get it, I work in hospitality as well and I know it’s demanding job but really the attitude of staff and the way they speak to you, crazy.. go for Burger King next time at least you dont have any expectations and you...

Poor timing of order. Twice checked on our order which was made from the bar. When it came it was missing chips from childrens order, staff werent aware it should've came with it. Cold chips and onion rings. Manager was made aware and offered a replacement. My son, who had been sitting with his friends left a backpack there and we went on again on following day. The manager working this day was rude and dismissive to my husband, who continued to ask for it and describe it until they did find it behind the bar. We will never...
