Very nice restaurant. We had a party of about 20 and had no issues at all. The bar and food areas all have tv to watch sporting events, and they have a room upstairs that's available to book for functions. The food was excellent and fairly prompt in delivery. Can't really fault anything, although the ceasar salad could be a little bigger 😉. There is plenty of parking out there back and a heater indoor/outdoor area. There is also a lift for wheelchair access to the upper level. The girls serving the food were brilliant, very friendly and helpful 👌.

Went here this evening when my husband and had a lovely time,staff were extremely friendly and helpful,food was out within minutes of ordering and was absolutely gorgeous, portions were good and we walked away full.You can eat inside or outside it has been done up since we were last there and have to say it's gorgeous lovely atmosphere in the place oh and more importantly good value for money we will definitely return again and would highly recommend Kealys.

Good for a quick meal before heading for a flight. Only a 15-20 minute walk from the terminals. The food came very quickly, the chips were a bit hard and the burger was rarer than some would like (though this is just preference). The burger was tasty and the peppercorn sauce was delicious, the onion rings were also spot on. Would happily come again.

Oh man, let me tell you about Kealy's! I had the pleasure of stopping by this fantastic Irish pub in Dublin during a layover, and it was an experience I won't forget. First off, the atmosphere was just perfect - it had that authentic, cozy vibe that you'd expect from a traditional Irish pub. You know, the kind of place where you can kick back, have a laugh, and feel like you're part of the family.

Now, let's talk about the drinks. They had an incredible selection of beers on tap, and I couldn't resist trying a few local brews. I mean, when in Dublin, right? The bartender was super knowledgeable and helped me pick out some real winners. And don't even get me started on the whiskey selection - it was like a treasure trove for anyone who appreciates a good Irish whiskey.

As for the food, it was absolutely amazing. I had the chance to try some classic Irish dishes, and they were all top-notch. The beer batter fish and chips were crispy and delicious, like a warm hug on a cold day. I've had my fair share of pub food, but Kealy's really knocked it out of the park.

The staff at Kealy's were also super friendly and welcoming. They made me feel right at home, even though I was just passing through. It's not every day that you find a place where you can have a genuine conversation with the people serving you, and that's something I really appreciated.

So, if you ever find yourself in Dublin with some time to kill, do yourself a favor and swing by Kealy's. It's the kind of place that'll make you want to extend your layover just so you can come back for another...

I was driving past Kealy's at 4.30pm last Sunday with my son and stopped because it was kick off time for the League Cup Final. Couldn't miss that. I assumed it would be reasonably empty and somewhat quiet. Wrong and wrong! It was thronged and hopping!

We were shown to a table as soon as one became available. The following three hours were a joy....partly because Liverpool won, but it large part because the venue was terrific.

We had dinner while watching the game. The food was excellent. Wings to start. Roast beef for mains. Apple pie for dessert. I enjoyed everything. There could possibly have been more gravy with the beef, and maybe a Yorkie, but that's being hyper critical.

The energy was great. The locals were utterly engaging, chatty, funny. If I didn't have the car with me, I would have loved to have had a drink because there was obviously a great night to be had. Even on coffee, coke and sparkling water, it was great fun. Honestly, I spent most of the time just laughing at the craic with the people around us!

Special mention to Dionne, our server. She was utterly exceptional. She was fast and efficient, but that was only the start. She was a comedienne, laughed with everyone, doted over kids and constantly made sure that everyone was having a great time. I have very rarely seen any member of bar staff know, understand, serve and entertain her audience like she did.

Kealy's is 65 miles from my house. I will find an excuse to get back...

I went there with my four year old to eat. Our food arrived and we ate some. My son then needed to use the bathroom so i took my handbag but left the food and drinks and my bags there. When I returned, they had taken away my meal, and all the cutlery but left my sons plate and our drinks. When I informed them that my food was taken, I was blamed saying that i left a napkin on top of my food. I did not. There was no way I could have as the napkins hadn't been used and were sitting on the table. The blond hair manager gave me the following excuses;

You left a napkin on the plate The waitress is young and didn't know better You left the table to go to the bathroom

I asked for the bill and said I would leave. She continued to blame me but then followed up with "I don't want you to leave upset". I asked for the bill again and said to take my meal off the bill. She replied no so i insisted. She said she would speak to the owners to which I asked to speak to the owners myself but she refused. There is no excuse for any of this carry on. The staff made a mistake and instead of trying to fix it, the manager felt it better customer service to blame me and then get frustrated at my replies and become passive aggressive.

The staff made error after error and instead of resolving the issue, the manager made it worst. The food is delicious (the bit I ate). The staff are...
