Used to absolutely love Harry’s before it’s rebrand (haven’t been since covid). Was a bit disappointed with our visit even though we were one of the first orders of the day and it wasn’t busy yet. Maybe we caught them on a bad day but overall we remember it being so much better. Not much of a greeting when we walked in and we were left standing there idle without being approached to pay for a long while. The bag was stapled shut so I couldn’t see that our drinks were missing until we got home. My burger patty was way too salty and ruined the overall burger which was annoying because everything else on it was tasty. The filthy animal chicken burger was as delicious as we remembered however which was good. The cheesy bacon fries were lacking cheese and overall flavour so not worth the price difference in my opinion. The cheese just kind of stuck to the chips like melted butter? Hard to explain but not the stringy cheese you’d expect on dressed fries. The fries tasted like they were possible reheated. Just a shame because I remember it being top class. Knocking off two stars for the customer service, drinks, chips and the burger patty peppered with salt. Will try again though as I know they’re...

Went to Harry’s for the first time on Thursday and it was a strange experience to say the least. Very instagramable, very nice decor but the food was not to my likeing. I ordered the mozzarella sticks and dirty wedges. The mozzarella sticks were mostly breading and full of air and looked nothing like the pictures I’d seen previous while the wedges were definitely frozen and to charge 8e for a bit of garlic mayo fired on top with a garnish and some store bought bacon bits is scandalous, I expected so much better.

That being said my friend did try the fried chicken and I had a wee nibble also and that was phenom so maybe I just ordered the wrong thing.

To cover the rest - the inside is gorgeous and the one member of staff who we dealt with since arrival was incredibly friendly and checked in regularly. He was a very tall young man with black hair (give him a raise). Also while I didn’t try a cocktail they looked superb and I will be...

So, first time dining out amidst Covid-19 and all it entails.

Harry's was bright and appeared spacious. We were there about 5pm and there was a group leaving. This settled the ambiance more for a dining experience.

Service was friendly and efficient. No physical menu. Scan a code on your table to view the menu online and then order as normal.

The food arrived in reasonable time and was delicious. The three of us really enjoyed everything. It was all full of flavour and piping hot.

The Covid-19 aspects were well taken care of. Hand sanitizer was available at the door and bar. The area where the group vacated was well cleaned: seats, tables and all other surfaces in the vicinity were wiped down. Staff all wore masks.

Overall, well worth a visit for good food reasonably priced; good service and...

Service was terrible, rude staff with no manners or hospitality. Food is all looks no taste, no flavour. Chicken was fatty and tough with endless hard breading and all you can taste was dirty oil (clearly fryers not cleaned regularly, I know this as I have worked in this industry myself). Paying over 8 euro for mozarella sticks for them to come out hallow on the inside covered in oil and cheese all hardened around the breading. Steak sandwich tasted like dog food/ mush, never tasted something so bad, bread all soggy as it was not toasted. Mac and cheese was terrible watery sweet taste to it. Paid €90 to leave feeling sick and not have eaten anything. And to top it off the staff made me feel uncomfortable for the whole experience staring and talking about myself and my partner while they were not even 2 meters away.

Myself and 2 friends came here Friday night for dinner. We had a very quick 10 minute wait for a table and ordered a drink. The restaurant was quite busy but all the staff were so friendly and professional. the food was amazing too, compliments to the chef! Myself and one of the girls for fries and the BBQ boneless chicken. Our other friend got a burger and spice bag fries. everything was delicious and not one of us could actually finish the portion sizes. The cocktails were also very nice. This place is so reasonably priced and just a short walk from the city centre. We will defiantly return and would recommend to anyone. Well done to Harry and all the Team.
