My family and I recently hosted my father's surprise 50th birthday celebration at PJ's Bar, and unfortunately, it was an evening marred by incompetence and rudeness from the bar manager.
From the outset, the bar manager displayed a shocking lack of professionalism, rudely ejecting guests, including teenage family members, from the premises without cause, causing unnecessary distress. Additionally, the manager disrupted our planned cake celebration and provided contradictory information regarding the timing of when minors were required to leave the venue.
Furthermore, despite prior confirmation of arrangements, the bar manager denied any knowledge of our booked band and provided false information regarding their performance time, leaving us without music for the remainder of the evening as promised.
This disappointing experience reflects poorly on the integrity of PJ's Bar as a venue for special occasions. I am deeply dissatisfied with the level of service and customer care demonstrated and will be advising others against hosting their events at this establishment.

The bar staff were absolutely amazing. The guy with the beard clearly knows his craft—you can tell he has real experience pulling pints. It’s not often you see that old-school style of bartending these days, with all the Gen Z influence.
