McDonald's Killarney — Restaurant in Killarney Municipal District

Needs a complete overhaul of management. Closes early every night with the excuse of “technical problems” and claim it has “only happened tonight”. If you let them know that you know they are lying, it has been closing early every night and tell them you will report it to McDonalds, they open it up just for you for a few minutes and everything suddenly works perfectly and the described “technical problems” no longer exist - very odd. Watched countless cars show up 2 hours before closing time and have to reverse out and leave because they close it earlier than they should. Not fair for people that have spent time and fuel to drive here expecting it to be open and finding out it has shut early for absolutely no reason. When visiting earlier in the day the queues at the drive-thru are very slow and long. One of the worst McDonalds I’ve visited and the one with the most strange behaviour. Cannot order a simple sausage & egg mcmuffin WITH extra bacon in the machines which is a little disappointing! Once told to be served at counter was greeted with a smile and the young fella was helpful, until asked would I like red or brown sauce in a bacon sandwich to which I replied was it possible to get a small bit of both! The manager then appeared with an extremely snotty attitude with regards to my request and proceeded to nearly wobble his own head off of his shoulders with an over the top shake of the head to let me know that this simple request was above and beyond their call of duty! Deeply dissatisfied with this managers attitude if he 'leads by example' while standing around doing feck all to assist others! 4 hours ago ,I spent 29euros in Mcdonald s in killarney. My was it an experience. Got my food and entered my car ,where I handed my 2 daughters there food. After a few minutes I realised that I was only given 2 straws and no triple cheese burger. I left the car and went into mcdonnels, where I was met by a male aggorant staff member,who after explaining my situation, ordered me to go out to the car and bring in all the food.i was so shocked that I actually walked back to the car once I got there I woke up from the shock.
