Scotts Bar & Courtyard — Restaurant in Killarney Municipal District

Arrived and was told we couldn't eat outside, then that changed, all good there. First we were told we could NOT have our loaded fries without meat??? How hard is it to take off a topping for the love of all that is holy? We were overcharged 2 euro for a noodle dish, which we had to order with rice cause they were out of noodles. THEN pizzas arrived which tasted like balls on bread, cheese was repulsive, only chopped veg thrown on a terrible base. I think I tasted plastic. My friend said her burnt GOODFELLAS FROZEN PIZZA TASTED BETTER. Heaters only last ten minutes. Go to Dingle, James Long, if you don't want pizza that tastes like garlic granny farts. Oh and my heiniken zero bottle was 5 euro for 330ml. Overpriced clusterf%^$$^$#. Thanks for nothing. 90 euro spent on a garbage heap that would've made gordon ramsay cry, LIKE COME ON!!! IT'S FUKING RAW! Spotted customers having to carry their own drinks tray to their table near the end, the poor lads #boycott scotts

This will be hands down the worst restaurant you visit in Ireland. Two hours wasted, three different servers, 45 minutes just to get water, another half hour before they even took our order. Food was below average, pizza barely passable.

Then the flies started. Indoors. One flew straight into my wife’s beer. They replaced it — and then had the nerve to charge us full price for the new one. When I asked to take it off the bill, the manager came over with the dumbest “policy” I’ve ever heard: they’d only replace the ounces of beer left in the glass when the fly went in. Total clown. Instead of fixing it, he acted like a crybaby and ran to the hotel desk to spin his story first.

Filthy restaurant, garbage service, flies in drinks, pathetic management. An absolute embarrassment to Killarney. Avoid this dump...

I don't normally write reviews or anything like that but I just have to say that me and my friends were disappointed with the service at this place.

so we invited our friends to sit down and have a drink with us and the security guard immediately came and kicked our friends out because he wasn't wearing rabatin pants.... it would not have been a problem otherwise and it would have been understandable if the people sitting around us and even the guy with us were not in the same pamts as our friends.

the security guard kicked them out just because they are from bulgaria.! What do you think how we felt when they leave cuz they know what is going on... Treating people like this at 5star place or anywhere is not nice and human.... Never comig...
