Blown away! What a gem of a restaurant for Bray. I didn't know what to expect, but my expectations went out the window, lovely meal from start to finish. For Starters, we enjoyed Deep Fried Brie and rocket salad, well portioned, with the Prawns & Chorizo Pil Pil with toasted sourdough. Both generous portions, and full of flavour. For Mains, we had the Fish & Chips, the fish was a large portion, crispy batter and the fish was well seasoned and fresh. Crispy Pork Belly, which was both crispy on top, and the meat tenderly falling apart. Based on the previous 2 courses, we had to sample the desserts... we chose the White Chocolate & Vanilla Panna Cotta. I can’t speak for the breakfast as I’ve not had it yet, but the lunches are really high quality, and delicious. They also plate things nicely, and their staff are so attentive. And finally, somewhere that doesn’t just have vegetable as soup of the day every day!! They have a really delicious winter soup right now. Definitely stick this on your list of places to try in bray, especially for somewhere a little more special to go for lunch as it’s a far cry from a lot of the greasy spoons that are dotted around bray. Good food, atmosphere and staff. Can’t...
