If u want amazing fresh food, then this is the place to go. The food was absolutely delicious 100pc fresh and made to order. You can have a choice of how spicy you want your dish and have so many dishes to choose from. We got a mixed shearing platter which had prawns, chicken wings, lamb and onion basi. For main we had chicken jalfrazi and madras with pila rice chips and of course G.C.O nann all amazing and tasty. To stuffed to have desert. This really nice place for a date and the prices are reasonable. Staff were friendly. Definitely recommend this for food 👌

Generally positive experience. Definitely the highlight was the starters! Beautifully presented and tasty variety. Children were very pleased with sharing. I’m also glad there were options like Sunday Special (20€, my son chose it), and Children’s menu (my daughter). Main course satisfying. The chairs were pleasant and comfy. The only thing I take one star down for is the music- completely not in line with “Nepalese” theme and therefore taking away from the ambiance.

Warm welcome by the server/ host. Lovely decor and a very spacious dining hall( rarity now a days ) where you are not overhearing others and vice versa.The food was freshly cooked and delicious.Very very attentive and welcoming staff. What else we want when celebrating our moments outside.. good food, good service and some quiet time with your special someone. Would surely surely go back again.

I have to write to compliment Mt Everest of Katmandu restaurant on the absolutely delicious meal myself and my daughter recently enjoyed there. This is the best Nepalese food I have ever eaten ( I've visited Nepal several times). The food is fresh and delicious, each dish was beautifully presented , the Tibetan MO MO dumplings were amazing, fresh herbs particularly Coriander and spices , with a garlic sauce. The prawn dishes were particularly good, everything is cooked to order and super fresh, the lamb curry was exceptional. Service was gracious and professional. Did not impress me, in all honesty, in contrast to the views of many of my friends and family. The number of choices in the menu is vast, however the majority of the starters were rather spicy, despite claims by the waiter of them being "mild". Many of the main courses were very sweet and sugary mixed with a sour tomato base sauce - why should mains be as sweet as deserts? Also, music played was very repetitive, with the same song played multiple times while we were at the restaurant. In addition, it would be much better, if each table was given a Jun of water, instead of having to ask the waiter every time for another refill of tap water. Just had a vegetarian curry (Nepalese); cauliflower and potato side. The better half had prawn biryani with vegetarian curry sauce and a chickpea daal. Both us giving are this meal 4+ stars. The veg curry was very tasty. The biryani was one of the better ones my partner has had and the prawns were perfectly cooked. I'm not a vegetarian but I really did enjoy this. The only "complaints" are...we are too much and that the daal was just a little runny. Otherwise, bang on and will definitely look forward to ordering here again.
