Found this cafe on Bray main street and decided to try it out for breakfast. We were greeted by friendly and welcoming staff and allowed to find our own table. The chairs on the mezzanine are cloth covered and are very stained, the rest of the chairs are wooden and are better if less comfortable. We opted for the full Irish and the portion was very generous. We chose poached egg which unfortunately had hard and dry yolks but the rest of the dish was great. The pudding was cut in half and this half was a portion. Didn't bother me but the hubby was querying why cut a slice in half. We both had cappuccinos and the coffee was excellent 👌

First time to Flower Cup in Bray and I really liked it. We were looking for somewhere that had nice coffee and some lunch that didn't break the bank. I ordered a hot chocolate it was great! Loved the cup! The latte my boyfriend ordered was really nice. To eat I got the french toast with berry compote and almonds with a side of bacon. This was my favourite french toast to date!! Loved it!! I didn't even need the bacon(it was okay). It was perfect on its own. Under 7 euro as well. Also, the service was good and the staff were friendly.

This is a lovely spot for breakfast in Bray town. They do a tasty fry up, even if I would prefer a slightly more generous ration of black and white pudding! The service has always been great on the few times I've visited the Flower Cup and the location is handy if you are doing some shopping in town.

I’ll start with the food and then the bad. The food portions seemingly are decent from what I saw on others tables fry ups etc.

Food is more akin to slightly above your standard cafe, coffee’s & cappucinos all looked and smelled wonderful.

Waitresses and staff were pleasant. Now for the bad, I ordered a Pastrami Melt which was an enjoyable sandwich but a ridiculously small amount of pastrami on it, I wouldn’t believe it and I was disappointed to be honest that they would serve a sandwich with such little meat. It was like one big but thin slice, rocket leaves and lovely cheese melted on some toasted bread.

Pastrami melts in Ireland aren’t to popular and a hard find so was dissatisfied after having it being honest I hope the owners see this and put some extra on.

In saying all that I would still return as the eggs Benedict and other dishes...

I recently visited this restaurant during a busy hour and was disappointed with the service. The waiter seemed rushed and was rude when we first arrived, failing to provide us with a table and simply handing us the menu. However, the restaurant itself was nice and had a good atmosphere, with a lot of older people dining there. My girlfriend and I both ordered the full Irish breakfast, which was tasty. The only downside was that it was a bit pricey, especially considering that coffee wasn't included with the full Irish breakfast. Despite the service issue and high price, the food...
