Have had takeaway from the Palace before but tonight decided to eat in. Went for the Thai option. Starter was the spicy chicken and veg wrap. It was spicy but I loved it. Wrapping the chicken mix in lettuce leaves, great way to eat. For a main I had the chicken and basil with fried noodles. Another great dish, wish I had taken photos to add to this post. Would recommend this as a place to eat. Was a quiet night in the restaurant hence only the 4 for atmosphere, but get a few groups in and I think the place...

The Gourmet Palace is a deceptively large eatery that opens up like the Tardis once you climb the steps up to reception. It's beautifully decorated and creates a lovely otherworldly atmosphere. The food is very well presented and tastes exceptionally nice, and there is plenty of it too! Service was remarkably fast to the point you think they've anticipated your visit and choices!
