Tony's Pizzeria — Restaurant in The Municipal District of Dundalk

Had to Edit my old 5 star Review unfortunately.

Whilst the food is delicious and fairly reasonably priced, the last 3 times I placed an order, toppings were missing on my pizza that I had paid for. Yesterday when ordering, I added a note to ensure to please not forget the toppings, but what would you think, I collected the pizza and the toppings were missing again. Having spent about 5 euros to this day on toppings I never got, I decided to go back and let them know.

It could have been because they were busy but the staff was pretty short with me and almost made me feel like I had to apologize. The box was taking from me and brought back into the kitchen even before I could finish my sentence.

I was then told they'd fry up the mushrooms and throw it back into the oven but I was in a rush and literally just wanted my money back for the extra toppings at this stage.

That request was met with raised eyebrows and again, I don't understand the attitude when I am the one that has been duped out of a 5er at this stage, clearly something on your website isn't working if the extra toppings are missing EVERY SINGLE TIME.

I asked if there was anything else I could do to prevent this in the future but did not get a reply to that either, was handed the pizza and 1,50 and that was the end of it. Its a shame because the other staff I encountered is usually really friendly and whilst I didn't; come in for an apology, lads, at-least own up to your mistakes when I am, at least according to the other reviews here not the only one having had these issues with you.

Ordered desserts off Tony’s pizzeria which came to a total of €21 and what was advertised compared to what I got was nothing short of disgraceful, at first I wasnt going to write a review but after calling to let them know the desserts were completely melted and mashed the reaction off staff member Vinny was completely unprofessional, after offering a refund when I again explained what the problem was he then proceeded to make comments about me when he thought the phone had been hung up. Ordered at 4.20pm today (Sunday). After 90 mins waiting i called to ask how long it would be. They first asked was I sure I ordered from the right place. Then they discovered that apparently their printer wasn't working so my order wasn't being made. No apology and very poor attitude on the phone. No offer of compensation even an extra bag of chips for having to wait 2 hours for food!! Anywhere can have technical issues like the printer but thsts not my fault it didnt print and its how it was handled then that was the most disappointing. Would really put us off ordering...
