Abrakebabra — Restaurant in The Municipal District of Kilkenny City

Entered ABCB this evening, lt was not busy, worker busy cleaning wall etc which bodes well for the establishment. My kebab was cold with no sauces added. I particularly asked for extra sauce. I usually treat myself to a doner kebab twice a year usually from abrakebara in Carlow. It's always great. Could you please send someone to Kilkenny to show them how it's done and to listen to the customer. After all we are paying for the service and I personally am not prepared to settle for a second rate product served by an underpaid indifferent member of staff Get your act together Abrakebara, all your customers are not drunks falling out of the pub and indifferent to the mess you throw at...

Arrived late in Kilkenny and this was the only place we found open. As we tossed most of the “food” (frozen packaged and terribly prepared) in the rubbish bin I said to my son “Well, it was this or go to bed hungry”. His reply sums up our opinion of this slop, he said “it would have been better to go to bed hungry”. There is a Turkish place across the street that closes around ten and it looked better. (It was closing when we arrived so couldn’t try it) Otherwise, if you are arriving to town late bring your own snacks. This was some of the worst food I have ever eaten. I mean EVER! Oh. Just left the restaurant me and my mam , there was a drunk guy disturbing the restaurant when we walked in and no staff said anything to him !! The guys making our food had no gloves on which probably isn’t in policy but the never washed there hands which is cross contamination! Also the donor kebab meat was chewy and the taco chips were soggy and the taco meat was 100% left there for at least 4 days !
