Supermac's & Papa John's Navan — Restaurant in The Municipal District of Navan

Simply put, Supermac's is the best fast food restaurant chain in Ireland. The quality of the well cooked food is second to none, and is always served piping hot. Their chips and chicken based meals are excellent, and I am told by My dining companions that their beef burgers are great.

Cost wise they're roughly equivalent to other fast food restaurants but their food quality is way above the others. Some branches do a breakfast option in the morning and Supermac's & Papa John's in Navan is one of them, breakfast is served on a plate and is a wonderful breakfast with great options for a very reasonable price.

Staff are always very friendly, polite and helpful. You can get a range of condiments including salt, vinegar, mayonnaise, tomato & barbecue sauce,.. etc with their meals. You can get knives and forks if you wish but they are of the diposable variety. There's plenty of choice when it comes to the usual cold or hot beverages. The interior of the dining space is usually bright clean and airy, however tables chairs and benches can vary depending on the branch you are visiting. The staff in Navan are good at keeping tables clean and clearing tables quickly after other customers have left. They are the nicest,most helpful, & professional staff in the fast food restaurant business. The branch in Navan has a choice of downstairs and upstairs dining areas. Upstairs is nice if you like to look out on busy shopping areas. Two tips for the branch in Navan would be to install a double door system at it's entrance and some space heating. I had been a fairly regular customer of the Navan outlet. Two recent experiences have ended that. Both occasions the food collected and opened within 5 minutes was too cold to eat. After the second time I telephoned a complaint to Navan which was ignored. I then emailed HQ in Ballybrit and received curt reply to the affect that the food couldn't have been cold. Sorry, John (who replied) - I know the difference between hot and cold. This customer is right in what was reported. Supermacs market heavily that food is freshly cooked. This could not have been the case in my situation. I know how long it takes something to cool down - I work in heat exchange!! So my advice is stay away from Supermacs Navan - plenty of other customer fast-food outlets around Navan where food is usually...

I was in a que yesterday trying to order a muffin and ice cream after a long day. I wait for the lady who is the manager while she's on the phone talking. Then she takes my order. And does not wear any gloves, but uses sanitizer on her hands without even washing them and she serves me the food with her barehands. I was absolutely annoyed and disgusted to eat it but I took it anyway as I don't like being a bother.

The fact she's the manager and cases of covid are rises to a point the health department wants to put us in level, I expect the managers to take the measures of prevention seriously and set example to the lower levels...
