Hillbilly's Waterford — Restaurant in Waterford

Always visit the Cork stores, but first time using the Waterford one and I will most definitely be back. The staff are so friendly and look to go above and beyond to help - you don't feel rushed to order and move on like some other busy restaurants. The store is really clean despite its size and its city centre location, which I know can be difficult to do. But obviously the biggest thing is the really high quality food provided!!! Really not good experience there last afternoon. The chicken was fairly fried and my Fanta has no taste, when I tried to discuss with manager about and he was overloaded incharged on, showing not enough patience to fix the issue. He asked rudely a staff in front of me. Unnecessary. The atmosphere inside the restaurant is harsh with managers speaking russian language (or something alike) ininteligibly for everyone and driving me confuse. As a result, I just put my sandwich in a bag trash and skip out from there as fast as possible. I definitely can't recommend the place anymore. I have been missing the OLD restaurant that I'm used to...

I ordered here once, everything was fine, I decided to order again, it was a mistake.

To be honest, there were no advantages this time. The burger didn't have chips as pictured, the bacon was very overcooked and hard as if it had been sitting for a day, the fillet was very dry.

The taco chips had little burnt potato pieces in them, the plain chips were good. But I ordered garlic sauce with them, which they didn't put in.

I also ordered milkshakes, they told me to wait 10 minutes for them, after they were picked up they turned out to be chocolate flavored instead of Nutella as I ordered.

Not happy with this...
