we went there a group of four to talk and eat a little bit in a place we heard was amazing. Nice ambience. An eggroll salad was ordered and so was a haloumi-sweet potato salad. the salads were ok, not mind-blowing, just ok, the reason I'm saying this is because it felt like they tried to literally drown each one of our sweet potatoes in sugar. the haloumi was cardboard-dry. As a person who has haloumi eaten in their house every day, I can testify that although the waitress said that that's how it's supposed to taste, it tasted like a dry and hard sponge instead of something that was produced from cattle. the Chai Latte was good. would recommend. I ordered an non alcoholic Apple cider, would NOT recommend. it had a cinnamon stick and a dry apple in it. A dry apple! not even fresh. tasted like they took apple concentrate added a dry apple and cinnamon and charged 5$ for it. lastly, we ordered the Onion soup with croutons. We decided that we won't eat it there because of the water that we were served. The water we got was in a pitcher with cold ice. when we tasted it, we noticed that it had a taste of soap. on the one hand, maybe that means that they clean the pitchers between customers. on the other, why would we get soapy water in a high class restaurant??? After a couple of minutes the ice melted, and in the pitcher was a hand-wipe(!). A wipe you would use at home to clean a table or sanitize a dirty surface!!!! disgusting!!! the head waiter was called to inform him of the incident. he knocked 17$ of our bill. I guess three people with a stomach ache is worth 17$ to a place like this. it might have not been done on purpose, but I can say that this kind of screw up never happened to any of us anywhere in the world. well done Rimon Café. well done. to conclude, would NOT...

The food was good and tasty. The crispy polenta salad was our favourite.
Unfortunately, me and my family spent a lot of money and the waiters were rude and spoke very little English. There was a girl with black hair who served us and she behaved very disrespectful to us.
At the end when we wanted to pay the bill, this girl sent another waiter to charge us on the card machine, this guy started shouting at us for no reason. We got scared and really upset. He was screaming at us to leave tips on the card because it’s compulsory to leave at least 10% of the total bill. We said that we leave tips if we like the service, but the service was really bad. Also, the tips being compulsory was never stated anywhere, nor on the menu or the bill. He kept shouting but we said we will never pay tips anywhere after being treated so badly and shouted at.
This place seems very luxurious and the prices are very high. The food is good. It’s a shame that they have no organisation with their staff. It needs better staff who are more polite and civilised, and treat the customers with respect.
We left really upset and will...
