Everything about this property was amazing from the warm welcome from the staff to the ideal location right off the mammila mall and the close proximity to the BEST breakfast place of all time|-nadi cafe. The staff went above and beyond beyond. They cleaned our room daily, offered us free laundry service (washer and dryer) welcomed us with wine and chocolates and when we booked we had a free breakfast so we received coupons to nadi cafe which was one the best gifts of all because we started our day with a five star breakfast. Their staff was super responsive with any questions or assistance we needed and we felt very cared for. The cleaning staff is also very friendly and they do a great job. The place comes with an air conditioner, refrigerator/freezer, hot plate espresso machine and other items. They even had candles for me to light for Shabbat. They have a Shabbat key as well to enter the unit if you don't use the digital keypad. Location can't be beat. Super safe neighborhood, small street. 24 hour convenience store across the street, light rail local train a few blocks up, old city only minutes away by foot, mammila mall a two minute walk across the street and a currency exchange place on the end of the block. They even have a hair salon next door. I just can't say enough -this place...

Very disappointed in this business!! All inbound flights were cancelled with no reschedule date to Israel because of a missile strike in Israel and this place refused to work with us on obtaining a refund. There was no option for refund when making the reservation either. This is something beyond our control and they were given a week’s notice (7 days) prior to check in too. Charged $1800 for accommodations I was not able to use. We also had accommodations at other stays which all refunded 100% by the way, because the situation was beyond our control. Absolutely awful! Avoid like the plague.

Edit after their response: the “credit” that was offered as resolution was equivalent to $80, and only as credit if rebooking. You be the judge if that is a fair “resolution”. Also, booking.com did reach out and Mamila refused any monetary resolution so not really ‘out of your hands’, especially when there was a 7 day window to rebook the same room to...
