The food was fine, but nothing about this place felt warm or welcoming. I arrived when there were not many people seated and sat down with my laptop at a table with a power outlet. No one came to take my order for a long time. When someone finally did, I was abruptly asked to move to the bar because “it’s getting busy”. A party of 6 was then seated where I had been. It wasn’t busy, they just didn’t want me to sit in a place that was desirable because I was alone. The bar stools were much less comfortable and I didn’t end up staying as long as I planned. The staff never checked in on me and any time I wanted to order another coffee or anything, I practically had to chase someone down. If you’re looking for a place to work, don’t go here. It feels like they’d rather not have you.
