100% goodness.
There are so many chocolate-related flavors. I had to seek help from the staff before making up my mind. Thankfully, the wonderful girl behind the counter offered lot of good advice. 1. The sugar-free chocolate flavor is not unsweetened but uses “fake sugar”, so not recommended. 2. The cookie flavor is a favorite. 3. Taste for yourself! I am so blissful to be offered a large spoonful (almost as large as half of a scoop) of cookie and dark chocolate flavors each. 😊
Indeed, the cookie flavor is phenomenal. It is more special than the dark chocolate flavor (even the color is darker) and tastes like melted dark black cookies of Oreo. Even better, crushed cookie pieces are present in every lick of the ice-cream, offering a sophisticated texture full of surprises.

Read moreQuality and service are outstanding. Anita and Golda have the same owners and both are easily the best ice cream shops in Israel. So the ice cream is really top notch - in quality, flavors, texture, and variety. But the service in this Neveh Tzedek shop is really top notch. The employees really work hard, but never compromise on the quality of serving - both in terms of their attitude, but also how they manicure the ice cream on the cone to fit snuggly, sturdily, and evenly all round. They also took great care to cover the ice cream with sprinkles to my child's request. All with the biggest smile and with full attention. The place is spotless. Bathroom is great (faucet should get some maintenance though), also for the kid. Unfortunately not an accessible shop (it is an old house), as there are stairs to get in, and stairs to go to the bathroom. Prices are the same as Golda (18₪ for a half-half, decent size cone)....

Soon word spread, older brother Adi came aboard, and, since then, the little ice cream parlor that could has become a successful international chain with branches from Australia...
