Very good experience! Staff is really nice, we went to S&S on a Thursday night around 20:15 and we have been told to wait for a table because we were without reservation. During the waiting they offered us a beer. We then waited less than expected and got a table inside the small room. One small thing: seats are not so comfortable in the small room. By the way we had one full monty hummus in 2 and 2 Shashouka (1 Our Shashouka with 2 eggs and 1 with meat), food was great and hearty! At the end candies, dried fruit and a shot have been offered, so nice!

The highlight of our Tel Aviv trip has been consistently good food, every single meal, and Saluf and Sons is no exception. It’s been a stand-out experience and we will go back at least one more time before we leave! Excellent food. Highly recommend. Edit: We did indeed go back to Saluf & Sons a second time before we left Israel and it was exceptional, as expected. Dishes we had (and would recommend): ⭐️ Kubbane with dips ⭐️ Feta cheese with za’atar and olive oil ⭐️ Hummus with Shawia ⭐️ Shawia stew ⭐️ Yemeni malawach wrap

Trendy small restaurant that serves Israeli Yemeni food. Casual seating and friendly service, so it's a great place to meet up with friends. The food was very tasty, especially the hummus topped with flavoursome chunky beef and accompanied by fresh chopped vegetables salad and treditional Yemeni bread which was really tasty. Reasonable prices, great vibe and lots of interesting dishes on the menu, lots of options for vegetarians as well. We really enjoyed our visit.

Asked for a recommendation from a local off the street on my first day in Tel Aviv. He recommended this place. It is easy to see why they're so well rated. This Yemeni place has awesome food and equally excellent service. The waiter was kind and friendly and explained the menu. When he found out I was visiting Israel for the first time, he came by to serve aome shots of arak on the house. A must visit.

The food feels homemade and delicious. I'm so glad to have encountered this amazing restaurant. I have received the best service at a restaurant in this place. The waitresses were absolutely wonderful. Kind, helpful and attentive. This is the first restaurant in Israel that has provided such a great food, quality and service experience. Absolutely recommend and would definitely come back.

Found this place on Trip Advisor and went to check it out....and was not disappointed. This place is fabulous, the food is amazing, I had the shawia, a kinda beef stew served on rice. As a rule we never eat in the same place twice, but going to break that and come back here before we leave Tel Aviv. Oh and it was happy hour (5-8?) so beers were by one get one free...bonus!
