Amazing!
I was very hesitant to have lunch anywhere in this town knowing how touristy this destination is. And to honest it’s the worst experience to dine somewhere that is treating food a tourist trap. But so lucky this is not one of those places.
The small footprint of the dining room means you might not be the lucky one, and if you are anything like me who loves good food - make sure you dine here.
The appetizers and the pasta courses were delicious! My favorite is the burrata with the raw shrimp - Devine!
I tasted the pasta with ragu - which was cooked for 48 hours - what an intense flavor! Make sure you have a glass of a full bodied red wine!
Rabbit was my choice and I am happy to say this was the place to try the meat.

I see many people make a point out of small portions, and as a Norwegian, yes they are small compared to Norwegian standard, but I had only a main course and it was definitely a large enough portion. For prices I really can't complain, considered the quality of the dishes and the service. There is no reason to be disappointed by the bill, and all prices are stated on the menu.
If I return to Alberobello, I will definitely try to get a table at this place yet again.
