Cocciu's Sardinian Bistrot — Restaurant in Alghero

Today myself and my partner landed in Alghero and of course wanted to try authentic Italian cuisine. We came across Cocciu's and it was nothing short of exceptional! Our waiter, Alissandro, was superb. There was not a single fault in his customer service - 5 star service doesn't give justice to how great our interaction with him was! He recommended the perfect beer to go along with my food and even created a cocktail which he recreated to be more authentic in line area we were in.

YOU HAVE TO COME HERE! after trying many disappointing pizzas around Alghero, we found Coccius Bistrot. We were served by a man that I can only describe as a gentleman who explained all the ingredients on our pizzas and told us that all the produce is locally sourced. He also explained that their meat and fish are cooked over hot coals each evening. The pizzas were fresh and flavourful with the lightest dough base. Guys...i will be brutally honest we went all happy and fun we ordered very excited to try some Italian good food especially lasagna which turned out to be microwaved probably and it even took really long to arrive i want this place to succeed but they really need to improve and make fresh food i say that because the lasagna was cold and we even ordered Margareta it wasn't even close to the taste ...
