Zeffiro Sereno — Restaurant in Amalfi

So far, in one week on the Amalfi Coast, my favorite beach. Only inconvenience is the reachability, but this is common with many places along the coast. To avoid trouble with public transportation / busses, we took a charter boat from Marina Di Praia. 85 € round-trip. It's better to reserve your spot on the beach: 30 € for two loungers plus an umbrella. Reservations via the posted phone number, or Facebook dm, or WhatsApp. Staff is very friendly and prompt. Food is amazing: a lot of seafood and various pasta were our choices. Normal, rather decent, prices for the region. Pebble beach like the most ones, but pretty easy to get into the water. On very hot days you'll need some flips to walk to the water, because of the hot ground. The water is amazing, like everywhere along this coast, but the dedicated swimming area is pretty big, with calm waters. So, if you are into laps, this is my clear recommendation. Beach area isn't very crowded, so you can even move your chairs under your umbrella, according to the sun. This isn't self understanding on other beaches. Best beach restaurant in the area! We discovered this beach and restaurant by accident, and it’s SO much nicer than the smaller beach close by (from which you get a free shuttle boat which takes you round the corner). The family and staff are all incredibly nice and friendly (not always the case around here) and the food is excellent and fresh. I couldn’t recommend it highly enough. (And the bathrooms are spotless which tells you all you need to know.) Lunch here is fantastic - a day on this beach with lunch here is just perfection. Will definitely be coming back next year. Thanks to the guys at Zeffiro - we didn’t make a booking but somehow stumbled upon the restaurant and beach below the Hotel Belvedere:) Catch the water taxi at the marina - unfortunately there was no availability when we arrived as it’s peak summer and booking essential - no bother - we found some shade under the trees and an hour later we found 2 beach beds/ umbrellas.

The food at the restaurant was fantastic. Great service very friendly guys....
