I'm sorry for the delay on this review but this review deserves my full sit-down attention
I celebrated a very special birthday here just over a week ago and for someone who has been in the hospitality life for a very long time I can truly say with confidence this is the most wonderful and charming night I have ever had at a restaurant.
A family run restaurant which has been in operation for over 100 years is now in the wonderful hands of the 4 charming brothers of the family.
Each one of them came over to introduce themselves at different points throughout the night and when encouraged by us they proudly walked us through their family history and how they all became who they are today, everyone have their own special skills within the business, wine connoisseur, head chef, guest relations, business man, the godfther of the farm and so on
Fresh ingredients from their family farm/gardens and their local fishing boats delivered straight to your plate there is no better way to enjoy great food.
We opted for the full experience so we went for the tasting menu which did not disappoint!! Each dish being walked through and explained with such passion and pride it honestly just brought pure joy to my heart and clearly the experience I had been urning my whole life, every attention to our table was delivered with a genuine smile and such care, everyone who works here are clearly very proud of who/where they work. ( Big shout out to the Nieces ❤️) Good luck with Uni 🤞
Each dish beautifully presented and busting with flavour, just so much love went into every dish I do honestly wish we took more photos but we were so happily wrapped up in the experience and the family vibes we barely looked at our phones or thought to take pictures. ( This is what you call a perfect night and how a dining experience should be )
Pre drinks on the terrace was idealic and the view over the Amalfi coast is definitely my favorite romantic way to start of any night. We ended up staying 3 hours past closing and cancelled our other reservation somewhere else for late drinks, once you found what felt like home why go anywhere else. They even gave us a lift back into town once they closed down, if I didn't have a ferry first thing in the morning I would have gone out with the rest of the team ( you are all such wonderful humans 💜)
The full experience of the family mixed with the service was truly spectacular and I really wish I was apart of this family ❣️ Especially after hearing how they celebrate their Christmas! I wish nothing but truly great things for the entire family and I'll definitely be booking another Amalfi trip soon just so I can hangout with the family again. Good luck with the farm, the restaurant and the hotel save me a room because I'm coming back! Oh and the Negroni is truly to die for!

Read moreDa Ciccio Cielo Mare Terra was hands down one of the best dining experiences of our lives. We’re huge foodies and have eaten at some of the most renowned restaurants in the world, and this meal easily ranks in our top three. From start to finish, it was flawless. We were visiting on our honeymoon, and they went out of their way to make us feel incredibly special. They gave us an amazing table overlooking the water, and every detail of the evening felt personal and thoughtful. The food was extraordinary. The beef carpaccio and tuna were both incredible starters, the beef cheek was absolutely unreal, and the eggplant ravioli was out of this world. We also did the catch of the day, which was cooked perfectly—simple, fresh, and bursting with flavor. We finished with the lemon and hazelnut cake, which was the perfect finale to an unforgettable meal. Even the complimentary small desserts at the end were so lovely and delicious, a perfect little surprise to close the night. Every dish was executed with precision, creativity, and so much heart. The service was just as exceptional. Antonio and Giuseppe were both incredible, as were every member of the team. You could feel how much care every employee put into the experience, all the way down to the driver who took us to and from the restaurant. The hospitality was genuine and warm, and it felt like everyone truly loved what they were doing. We chose to do wine pairings, and every selection was impeccably chosen. The sommelier’s attention to detail and passion for his craft elevated the entire meal. You’d think this was a two-star Michelin restaurant until the bill comes and you realize it’s one of the most reasonably priced fine-dining experiences on the Amalfi Coast. Our main objective if we ever return to the Amalfi Coast will be to come back here. Absolutely incredible...
Read moreFrom the US, but you were made to feel as if you were family. They accommodated us by organizing a ride for us from the main square in Amalfi, where a driver waited for us. He was an older gentleman and refused to take the tip from us as we arrived to the restaurant (more on this later). This restaurant has been in the family for generations. It is run by 4 brothers, and their father and mother. They seat the tables once a day, so the entire evening is yours to enjoy.
The menu was split up between a couple "tasting options" which included pre-selected dishes. We chose the sea food option (90 euro/person). Each dish was pretty much better than the next (The pasta was my favorite though). This included an appetizer, seafood salad, pasta, main dish, and dessert. They also included some complimentary small dishes along the way. We also had a bottle of wine and cocktails during the night which were excellent.
One of the brothers acts as the host and explains each dish, the other will explain each wine in detail, another is the main chef, and one acts acts as manager. The mother is in charge of the desserts, and the father.. well he was the one that picked us up to begin with! We had no idea. This restaurant not only had amazing quality in food and taste (everything is farm to table), but the service was the best we have ever received. To top it off, one of the sons (the one that explained the dishes) drove us back to the Amalfi square because he told us his father needed to get to bed in order to be up early to man the farm.. Five stars but i wish I...
