It's the end of the season (mid-October) and Anacapri was getting quiet at night but, we found Bar Plaza to make us happy. They have a terrific selection of cocktails but I absolutely recommend their Negoni variants, especially "Il Prof"... what a drink that was. My wife says their "Hugo" was a dream too so, the highest possible plaudits. Go on, get to Bar Plaza and get your orders in early for a stunning drink.

Without exception, Plaza Bar Anicapri had the best, most consistent cocktails of any place on our Italy trip. We came back a second time for the Boulevardier and Aperol Spritz. Higher end bar snack were brought to the table, free of charge. Highly recommend if you are...

Limoncello Spritz and Aperol Spritz were very nice on the shady outside terrace. Food a little sad: “Insalata Parma” - three small mozzarella balls, 1 slice of tomato, dry slices of ham and dry bread. Not a dish worth 15 Euro...
