La Dama - Café Bistrot — Restaurant in Ancona

At the beginning, the waiters were nice. So we felt comfortable. But then the service was terrible. To begin with, there is a sign with an offer outside and then when you ask for it they tell you that is not on anymore (deceiveful publicity). Then when we asked for the dishes, they brought us just that. Dishes almost empty. We wanted to ask if we should eat what was in there or they wanted us to clean it for them. I asked for some penne rigate and they brought me 14 of them in the dish. Yes, I counted them and it was 14. Then I asked for cheese and bread, naturally, and they forgot not only once nor two, but three times! And 15 min. later, they brought me just cheese, forget about the bread. Of course that the 14 penne rigate were as cold as an iceberg and didn't taste good. Hot pasta al dente is nice; cold pasta al dente you feel just like eating plastic. So it was a very bad experience to end our vacations in Ancona. I don't know if the owner knows about how is this place working, but he must change this inmediately in order to stop...

Food was acceptable for most, my pizza came more burnt than the others, not that good. Service wasnt the best, does not take requests to remove ingredients, forgot to bring parts of order, was slightly rude. Atmosphere was a living chaos, we had to move our tables because a truck couldnt pass through the alley and after we ate, 5 pigeons raided our table started breaking glasses and pushing tables. Never had a similar experience in my entire life I can understand this wasnt the restoraunt fault but they could have atleast reacted to situation or apologized for any of the...

Partendo dal presupposto che ero come invitato ad una festa di laurea non posso valutare il prezzo ma la qualità del cibo era buona tipo apericena misto . Ho apprezzato particolarmente il fritto misto con i cremini marchigiani ma anche la pizza margherita con un impasto gustoso.

Il locale alla moda si colloca nello stile di quelli circostanti, ben curato ma relativamente stretto in rapporto alla quantità notevole di persone che ai riversa in piazza del Papa il sabato sera ad Ancona esemplificando nella stessa stanzetta eravamo una laurea e due compleanni gomito gomito.

Il servizio all' inizio mi aveva lasciato interdetto perché molto serrato non avendo la possibilità di finire il piatto che ne arrivava un altro mancando però lo spazio costringendoti a mangiare di fretta però da una parte meglio così che tempi estremamente lunghi dove ti si creano buchi nello stomaco e la gestione delle molte persone richiede di essere molto concreto .

Lascio la mia modesta recensione di cinque stelle complessivi totale però perché tutto il personale si è mostrato gentile , pronto a soddisfare le nostre richieste, nonostante abbiano dovuto gestire una situazione sgradevole all' interno del locale quindi plauso alla loro professionalità anche in situazioni più critiche.
