Gnaoo Gatti Bistrot — Restaurant in Ancona

Unfortunately, we had a disappointing experience. The carbonara was overly salty, and the tuna tartare lacked flavor. The layer of tomatoes underneath was strangely sweet and didn’t pair well with the rest of the dish.

To top it off, we found several pieces of raw spaghetti in the tartare. When we told the waitress (a brunette with curly hair), she just said, “That’s not good,” and still asked us to pay — no apology, no solution.

A very nice just off the main track place to grab a glass of wine, appertivo, or a bit to eat. It’s a very small and cozy environment particularly in the winter when there is not outdoor seating but that adds to the ambiance of the place.
