Trattoria Clarice vino naturalmente — Restaurant in Ancona

This restaurant was recommended to me by a friend and I am so glad I took their advice. The food was absolutely superb, I enjoyed every bite and really did not want the meal to end. All freshly prepared and incredibly flavorsome.

The staff were also so nice and welcoming, as a stranger who does not speak very much Italian, the little I do speak is barely passable, they did not treat me any differently to a regular customer and ensured that I was totally satisfied with my meal - my compliments to which could not serve justice.

I have never been to Ancona before however I sincerely wish I can come back to be able to eat here again as this would be the first and the highest in priority on my list of places to go should I return.

A great recommendation from our host! This cozy trattoria is tucked away between the beautiful buildings of Ancona. We were seated outside on a wonderful night, and were attended with polite professional service. Food was fresh, clean, and simple. Our red wine was local to the region and paired deliciously with our food. Prices were amazing for the quality of dinner and service. Definitely would recommend this to anyone looking for nice simple...

Cena in 4, Locale rustico ma anche troppo, le scatole di cartone dei vini accatastate affianco ai tavoli non è il massimo e le pareti dipinte così che meglio non ci veniva... (sei comunque in centro quasi storico ad Ancona!). Il menù è cortissimo, quasi che ci sono rimasto male: volevamo mangiare del pesce a 100 metri dal mare e c'erano 2 secondi di pesce... va bè... Nell'antipasto c'era solo un crostino con alici... va bè... prendiamo anche del formaggio, quindi alici e formaggi da dividere ma i crostini con una alice a testa e i formaggi due sciapi e uno fortissimo (di fossa) erano abbinati male anche se con una confettura non male. I secondi decenti: seppie e mazzancolle che entrambe avrei potuto cucinare in quel modo anche a casa, buono ma niente di speciale. Dolci della casa buoni ma anche qui niente di particolare anzi presentazione nulla e porzioni minimo/sufficenti. Nota positiva il sommelier molto esperto e vini ben scelti, anche quelli locali erano particolari. Insomma 35 euro mi è sembrato troppo. Devono darsi un'aggiustata, non si può pretendere di dare un servizio in uno degli ex locali storici di Ancona lasciando l'amaro in bocca. Io mi dispiace ma credo di non tornarci più a meno che... bo! Ah per la cronaca la cuoca è...
