Ad Forum — Restaurant in Aosta

We were hosting a party of 50 (somewhere else)that had been arranged for 7 months, and aprox 1 month before the date of the party the restaurant said they could not accommodate us, we contacted Ad Forum and they were more than happy to work with us. L’ unico aspetto positivo è la location che però non serve a nulla quando il PERSONALE è così MALEDUCATO e il CIBO è SCADENTE( sconsiglio fortemente di andare a fare un pranzo li o una cena), la maleducazione sembra un prerequisito per assumere un cameriere in quel bar, tra l’ altro essendo della zona e conoscendo bene il locale la cosa peggiore è che trattano in modo molto cortese le persone all' apparenza più benestanti e adulte, fregandosene invece di consumatori più giovani che vogliono solo rilassarsi e godersi il momento(mi è capitato spesso che i camerieri si lamentassero se chiedevi una sedia in più o se la prendevi di tua volontà ti dicevano che dovevi chiedergli il permesso, insomma facevano di tutto pur di rompere, e farti perdere la pazienza), ciò lascia intendere l’ etica del bar e il poco spirito imprenditoriale. Il persistere di questa politic a denigratoria è sicuramente sintomo di una mala gestione che si riflette sull'attività commerciale e sul servizio che offrono nel complesso. Ora scrivo questa recensione mantenendomi sul generale, non sto a raccontare tutti gli avvenimenti negativi e il modo in cui il personale è stato scortese con me e con molti miei amici altrimenti potrei scrivere un libro. In conclusione assolutamente EVITATE di andare, in modo che capiscano che che con la maleducazione non si va da nessuna parte ma dovrebbero essere un pò più cortesi. PS non voglio generalizzare sui camerieri ovviamente qualcuno si salva ma in particolare due (un uomo e una donna, che sicuramente leggendo questa recensione s' identificheranno) sono molto maleducati e protagonisti di episodi che mi hanno portato a scrivere questa...

We’ve been to Aosta various times and never had we experience such awful food. My son’s meat was not fresh at all and he could taste it was expired. The rabbit dish was only 4 small pieces with no taste at all. The risotto was uneatable... the rice badly cooked and no real taste of the ingredients. Unfortunately, bad experience.

On the good side, drinks were very well prepared! Come here if you’re looking for an aperitif/drinks only...
