Food is more than ok Ambience is stunning Service negative as in super negative especially the 2 young ladies they just throw your orders on the table, you ask for something they will glare back on you and worst even talks backs so arrogantly. When you arrive even if you say “ciao buon giorno “ they won’t answer when you leave you will say thank you and as usual they won’t greet you back. Not sure what is going on with all the negative reviews I read. We were a group of 5 with a kid and we had a great experience. The fish is extremely fresh, the rice perfectly cooked (super important). Great choice and variety of nigiri, temaki, onigiri, sushi rolls and sashimi. ci sono stata con una mia amica, era la prima volta ed eravamo curiose di provarlo siccome abbiamo sentito delle voci positive. appena arrivate ci hanno accolte con una bella atmosfera, la location è molto bella e confortevole, niente da dire. per quanto riguarda il cibo non ci siamo proprio: il pesce non è fresco e i roll non hanno sapore. arrivato il momento del dolce ci portano: alla mia amica un tartufo e a me un dolce a forma di limone. al momento dell’assaggio mi sono resa conto che aveva un sapore molto acre/acido, ma abbiamo pensato fosse normale… una volta diviso a metà abbiamo visto che al suo interno era pieno di muffa con grosse macchie verdi molto visibili sulla crema gialla. una volta fatto notare alla cameriera ha cercato di sminuire il tutto dicendo che fosse un colore normale e naturale ridendoci in faccia quando palesemente non era così. ovviamente ce l’hanno tolto dal conto e al momento del pagamento, in modo sempre gentile ed educato, abbiamo fatto presente al cassiere del problema e lui ci ha detto con fare arrogante che fosse una cosa usuale e colpa del frigo perché “può capitare di trovare la muffa nei dolci dato che restano surgelati un mese” (testuali parole). in più era il minimo che si scusassero per l’accaduto, cosa che non hanno nemmeno fatto. allego foto, assolutamente sconsigliato e pure caro per cibo...
