After eating so well in Rome for a few days, my wife and I have been relatively underwhelmed with the eating in Tuscany and Florence specifically, at both the cafes and trattorias. We gave La Tua Piadina a try for dinner after a long day hiking around Anghiari and being carsick on the bus ride back to Arezzo and it was the best eating we’ve had in Italy in the last two weeks. The owners were so kind and friendly, the food was prepared fast and was filling, economical and delicious! If you’re in Arezzo, consider skipping the touristy overpriced eateries in Piazza Grande and visiting this charming spot instead....
