Capitati lì per caso perché offrivano la cena gli organizzatori del concerto a cui partecipavamo come ospiti. Avevamo pattuito un menù libero alla carta ma loro si sono impuntati sul fatto che potevamo prendere un po’ di antipasto, una pizza e una birra o acqua. Due dei commensali, fortemente intolleranti alle farine, hanno chiesto una base Kamut, dicendo che c’era, a detta del cameriere, ci facciamo portare l’ordinazione. Pizze normali per tutti, pure per i commensali intolleranti, dicendo che se ci andava bene era così sennò potevamo mangiare altro a pagamento o di mangiare quella normale che tanto erano tutte scene per la storia delle intolleranze. Noi tra lo sbalordito e l’arrabbiato,abbiamo consumato una pizza con la base a mio avviso congelata o comunque di bassissimo livello, i due commensali intolleranti hanno optato per mangiare altro da un’altra parte. Oltre all’ignoranza e alla strafottenza del cameriere e di questo personaggio vestito da chef che a quanto pare è il proprietario, che si aggira per i tavoli, la cena è stata veramente pessima, antipasto misero a dir poco; a quel punto avrebbero potuto portare il miglior piatto del mondo ma dopo essere stati trattati da “poveracci”perché musicisti (due di noi sono gestori di locali avviati e con recensioni non sotto le 4.9 stelle) non vi era più ragione di consumare altro. Non capisco come facciano ad avere recensioni alte, la qualità del cibo è pessima....
